The Initial Naturopathic Appointment is the launching point for your wellness journey. We will focus on assessment using techniques such as applied kinesiology, iridology, lab work (if necessary), and evaluations. We will discuss your comprehensive history, medications, supplements, and pillars of health to determine a personalized protocol to successfully meet your individual wellness goals.
This appointment is for first-time clients and is required prior to booking Continuing Naturopathic Appointments.

Following the Initial Naturopathic Appointment, the Continuing Naturopathic Appointments are a deeper dive into your health goals and holistic wellness. We will discuss mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical barriers and opportunities to uncover your greatest potential of vitality. We will adjust the protocols set forth in the initial consult as the body begins the healing process.
Recommended monthly booking of Continuing Naturopathic Appointments for accountability toward holistic health goals. Completion of the Initial Naturopathic Appointment is required before booking.

This is a 60-minute session to assess, and provide holistic, naturopathic care for your child, as well as recommendations and guidance for you as their parent or legal guardian. Great care is taken to make your child feels comfortable, and to provide them with a gentle, positive experience. A parent or legal guardian of at least 18 years of age must be present for this appointment.

Breathwork is a type of therapy using breathing exercises to experience breakthroughs and healing by naturally producing a transcendental state. During these one-on-one sessions, you will be guided to transform habitual patterns, release stored trauma, and release held beliefs on the path to clarity and healing.
