Mel is a Registered Nurse and Naturopath with a deep knowledge and passion for traditional medicine and holistic wellness. Her approach to naturopathic care brings together the best of Eastern and Western practices and modalities. Working through mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical barriers - sessions are unique to each client on their journey to healing and vitality.

  • The Initial Naturopathic Consultation is the launching point for your wellness journey. We will focus on assessment using techniques such as applied kinesiology, iridology, lab work (if necessary), and evaluations. We will discuss your comprehensive history, medications, supplements, and pillars of health to determine a personalized protocol to successfully meet your individual wellness goals.

    This consult is for first-time clients and is required prior to booking Continuing Naturopathic Care sessions or Urgent Naturopathic Care sessions.

    Available as a 90-minute in-person session in Grand Rapids, MI or a 90-minute virtual session via Zoom with Mel.

  • Following the Initial Naturopathic Consultation, the Continuing Naturopathic Care sessions are a deeper dive into your health goals and holistic wellness. We will discuss mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical barriers and opportunities to uncover your greatest potential of vitality. We will adjust the protocols set forth in the initial consult as the body begins the healing process.

    Recommended monthly booking of Continuing Naturopathic Care sessions for accountability toward holistic health goals. Completion of the Initial Naturopathic Consultation is required before booking.

    Available as a 60-minute in-person session in Grand Rapids, MI or a 60-minute virtual session via Zoom with Mel.

  • This is a 60-minute session to assess, and provide holistic, naturopathic care for your child, as well as recommendations and guidance for you as their parent or legal guardian. Great care is taken to make your child feels comfortable, and to provide them with a gentle, positive experience. A parent or legal guardian of at least 18 years of age must be present for this appointment.

  • This appointment is for urgent, after hours naturopathic care with Mel. If this is a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately.

    Initial Naturopathic Consultation is required to book Urgent Care so Mel is familiar with your health history. Once booked, a confirmation email will be sent with next steps. Mel will contact you as soon as possible (within 4 hours of booking) to set your call time.

    This is a 30-minute session via Zoom or phone and may be scheduled outside of Mel's office hours.
